What are 2–5 real options, including a redesign option?
Who or what is affected: Self, Household, Community, Organization, Polity, Humanity/CMIU, Biosphere?
Which welfare dimensions move: Material, Health, Social, Knowledge, Agency, Meaning, Environment?
Any rights violation, catastrophic risk, or local win that harms the wider system?
Among selectable options, which creates the strongest net ripple with the least hidden harm?
Take the smallest clean action that truly changes the situation.
What actually happened, and what will I update for the next run?
If the decision touches rights, safety, irreversible harm, major money, AI deployment, public trust, legal exposure, or vulnerable stakeholders, do not stop at the 2-minute run. Move to the auditable path.
