Ripple_Logic Framework v7.4.5
A major legacy foundation paper in the Ripple_Logic lineage. This release helped consolidate the framework around Union-Based Reality (UBR), the five-level lexicographic cascade (NCRC → TRC → Containment → RLS → UCI/Tie-break), the 49-cell welfare matrix, and Tier 1-3 implementability with auditable PCCs. It remains important for lineage and historical reference, but it has been superseded by later canonical releases.
