PUBLICATIONS ยท VERIFIED PUBLIC SOURCES AND REVIEW CANDIDATES

MathGov Research & Publications

Research, public scholarship and educational materials exploring reality-grounded decisions, rights protections, risk, welfare and accountable governance. Each record distinguishes current public releases from research and publication candidates. A completed manuscript or checksum does not establish independent validation or legal authority.

Public governing sources

RippleLogic Canon v13.0 / SGP v8.8, Release I (September 26, 2026). These remain the current public governing baseline. See the immutable Release I record.

Historical editions and the private, unadopted Core-15 documentary reference must not be presented as newer public governing releases.

Books and educational publications

Journey to RippleLogic: From Me to We, by James MathGov. A traveler follows a luminous path toward a tree beneath a cosmic sky.

Journey to RippleLogic: From Me to We has a finalized v7.0 manuscript and approved web-release candidate. The linked reader still serves historical v6.5 until the separate v7.0 files are hosted and verified. Read the current public edition.

RippleLogic for Everyone v1.2 has a prepared public educational package with a workbook, teacher guide, quick cards, visual atlas and technical companion. Its selected files, rights notices and live destination remain subject to approval.

Research and working papers

Current public examples: Artificial Intelligence Assurance Protocol (AIAP) v6.5, Auditable Flourishing protocol v6.2, and current-version technical companions are available through the existing public catalog. Any methods or evaluation claims remain bound by their individual validation limits.

Owner-review candidates: Agency without Catastrophe v2.2; The Convergent Ethics Hypothesis v1.2; Directional Coherence Under Uncertainty v1.0; and Who Controls the World? v1.4. These have distinct scopes and evidence limitations and must not be mislabeled as externally reviewed empirical demonstrations.

Other version-sensitive works: the corrected ORSH (Open Relational Substrate Hypothesis) / AIU (Absolute Infinite Union) v2.0 research source and the existing public v1.8-open.1 collection remain separate. MHIOS has distinct same-edition branches requiring source-level review before replacement.

Public essays and published commentary

Sync With the Universe v1.0 is a general-public essay candidate, separate from the methodological paper Directional Coherence Under Uncertainty. Metaphorical or philosophical language should not be represented as empirical proof.

Two articles from this research programme appeared in GFiles India in August and September 2026. Credit the original publisher and link to the original articles; republication of the full text requires rights review. See Published Commentary for the original publisher links.

Universal Intelligence Alignment Constitution

The Universal Intelligence Alignment Constitution (UIAC) v1.6 is a proposed, unadopted review edition. It is not a law, ratified constitution, binding international agreement, or independently validated governance system. A public introduction to the proposal is available; selected texts, claim audit and review roadmap still require exact public-asset approval.

Origins and historical scholarship

The 2010 University of Colorado Boulder Environmental Studies honors thesis, preserved under its original academic byline, is a documented early source for ideas about Mathematical Governance and ecological, economic and social sustainability. Its original text will remain unchanged. A separate 2026 reassessment is proposed; it is not the original thesis updated in place.

Publication policy: Status, provenance, licenses, source history, external review, and limitations must be presented accurately. No private review folders, sealed experimental answers, or unadopted governing sources are included in a public download by default.
